Gwynne Guzzeau, the founder of Envision Growth, is a coach, consultant and counselor at law whose extensive training at the Gestalt International Study Center (GISC) in Wellfleet, Massachusetts informs her work with executives, educators and legal professionals.

A GISC Certified Coach and a Coach Member of the International Coaching Federation, she maintains a high level of professionalism in her work and commitment to continuing education.

A Professional Associate and current Faculty member at GISC, Gwynne's presence has been described as "exceptional," "extraordinary," and "empathetic" by her GISC colleagues.

Throughout Gwynne's career, her passion for empowering others has resulted in leadership roles that inform her awareness of organizational development issues. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Gwynne received the Dean’s Certificate in recognition of her contributions to the law school’s self-study and long-range planning committees. Previously, Gwynne participated in the self-study and long-range planning for the education think tank, Project Zero, at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she worked as an education researcher.

Since her study at Wellesley College, Gwynne has been committed to serving the needs of women in whatever capacity she has worked or volunteered. Envision Growth is her coaching practice that is dedicated to women's professional and personal development.

Gwynne's interest and experience coaching clients in education, law and non-profit organizations comes from her own unique blend of experiences.

In her boutique estate planning and elder law practice, she introduces clients to coaching conversations in order to enhance the meaning and impact of their estate and legacy planning. Before starting her own firm, Gwynne worked at two national firms in Washington, D.C. where she received a sophisticated level of training and experience that informs her current practice -- as both coach and as counselor at law.

In her first career as an educator, she worked as a teacher, director, researcher and consultant in school-age childcare settings, primarily in urban areas. Gwynne received her M.S. in elementary education from Wheelock College while working with Howard Gardner at Project Zero where she collaborated with classroom teachers to adopt a stance of coaching in the classroom. As a result of this research, Gwynne co-authored professional articles and a curriculum guide on project-based curriculum.
